Cases
Every flagged incident, across every connected fleet.
Vehicles
Every vehicle currently being monitored, across all connected platforms.
Vehicle History
Every documented incident, tied to the vehicle itself, not the fleet that happened to own it at the time.
A VIN-linked record survives a sale, a lease-end, or a change of fleet. Try the example below, or search a VIN with no history yet to see how that looks too.
Repair Benchmark
What every connected fleet's repair invoices, anonymized and pooled, say about what a repair should actually cost.
The market rate below is the median invoice for that exact damage type, pooled anonymously across every connected fleet, not one workshop's own price list.
Example data, illustrating how a real, cross-fleet repair benchmark would look. No real workshop or invoice data is shown here.
Network Intelligence
Patterns no single fleet could ever see on its own, visible only because incidents are pooled, anonymously, across every connected fleet.
Example data, illustrating the kind of cross-fleet pattern only a pooled, anonymized network can surface. No real fleet, workshop, or plate data is shown here.
Reports
The value this has created, from your own cases.
Renewal Report
A documented safety record, ready to bring to your insurer at renewal time, real negotiating leverage, not a sales pitch.
Example data, illustrating what a real renewal report would contain. No real fleet data is shown here.
Value Report
What Scratch Spy did for you this month, from your own cases, ready to share.
Documented value is time saved on reviewed cases plus likely invoice overcharges. Third-party repair cost is value documented for recovery, not money recovered.
Example data, illustrating a real monthly value report. Your own numbers appear once your fleet is connected.
Insights
Intelligence from your own data and, anonymously, from every fleet on the platform.
Incidents per 1,000 parked hours, so busy places are not mistaken for risky ones. Where 3 or more fleets park, the anonymous platform rate is shown too.
Cases with a third party, ranked by expected recovery. Each score lists the evidence behind it. It rates the evidence, it does not decide fault.
Open, documented damage per vehicle, priced from the invoice, the estimate or the typical cost for its severity, so handback costs are known in advance.
Upload workshop invoices. Each is matched to a documented incident on the same vehicle within 60 days. Invoices without one are flagged. Nothing is stored.
Upload rental periods. Each incident is placed in the rental it happened in, or between rentals. Use booking or customer ids, never names or emails.
Median repair price per damage type per month across the platform, shown only where 3 or more fleets contribute.
Example data. Your own numbers appear once your fleet is connected.
Claims Triage
Every pending case across your insured fleets, ranked by what needs a human's attention first, not a first-in-first-out queue.
Example data, illustrating how a real, prioritized claims queue would look across your insured book. No real fleet or claims data is shown here.
Platform Health
Internal only. How the platform is actually being used, and which accounts need a check-in before they churn.
Real usage signals, not a guess, accounts with falling activity or no login in a while, before they become a churn statistic.
The agreed number of vehicles for each insurer, broker or leasing company, against the number the platform actually counts. You are alerted at 90%, and again when they pass the agreed number, so they upgrade.
Example data, illustrating what a real, cross-account usage view would look like. No real customer data is shown here.
Compliance Center
A real, exportable record of who accessed what and when, and what's coming up for retention review, not something you have to reconstruct by hand when an auditor or a data subject actually asks.
Every time a case was opened, by whom, and from which side, your own team, or an insurance partner using their granted key.
Cases approaching your configured retention window, review and confirm before they're due for deletion, nothing is ever deleted silently.
Access or deletion requests from a driver or third party, tracked from receipt to resolution.
Example data, illustrating what a real, exportable compliance record would look like. No real access, retention, or request data is shown here.
Activity
Every action taken on a case, by whom, and when.
Parking impact, 2:13 AM
A single camera only sees what it's pointed at, upload a before and after photo for each real camera your vehicle has. Comparison uses real, established computer-vision techniques (structural similarity + edge analysis), not a trained AI classifier, always requires human review.
Concrete next steps for finding evidence beyond what's already recorded on this case, no camera required, works for every plan.
A documented statement, built from our own telematics record, that this vehicle was parked and stationary when the incident occurred, useful for your own insurance position.
If a third-party vehicle's plate is visible in an uploaded photo, read its text. This reads the plate only, it does not look up the registered owner, see the result below for why.
Based on position shift while stationary. Add video or a driver photo to strengthen this case.
Severe weather can explain a false positive, GPS drift or a light vehicle shift, not real damage.
Team
Who has access to your cases, and what they can do.
Sales pipeline
Your own outreach and deal tracking, before a dedicated CRM.
Settings
Connect your telematics and camera platforms, and tune detection.
General
Changes labels across the app immediately, for this session.
Lower catches more, but with more false positives from ordinary GPS drift. Start higher, tune down once you've reviewed a few real cases.
Connections
Notifications
On the first days of each month, your admins get last month's value report: what Scratch Spy documented and saved, from your own cases.
Post new high-confidence incidents straight into a team channel. Paste the channel's incoming webhook address. Only official Slack and Teams addresses are accepted.
Sharing
Grant a real insurer read-only access to your confirmed claims and fleet risk score, no login of theirs, just a key you generate and hand them directly. Each key only ever unlocks this one fleet's data.
Every real time an insurer actually viewed your data or downloaded an evidence package, not just when a key was created. Security by design means you can verify this, not just trust it.
Plan & billing
Developer
Enterprise plan feature. Use this to pull cases and evidence into your own systems.
The full key is only ever shown once, right after generating it. If it's lost, generate a new one, the old one stops working immediately.
